Be Well Organic – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Be Well Organic, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance may not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened ingestible CBD products

  • Products that show signs of use

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

After an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
